I replaced the power steering pump thinking it's what was making my truck leak fluid, but it's still leaking from both lines on the transmission cooler and somewhere by the oil filter. I'm thinking it's a return line rusted through. I can't get a good picture because the belt got wet and splattered power steering fluid everywhere.

It sounds like it could be the power steering cooler in front of the radiator. It's actually a common problem that most people end up having to replace. look in between the fins on the cooler and see if you see any kind of rusted damp area. It will leak in between the fins and you won't really be able to tell unless you look at it closely. Chevy trailblazer introduced the power steering cooler from 2002 - 2009.
As you're driving the power steering fluid could be dripping off the fins and splattering all over your oil pan from the wind. It's very easy to think it's coming from somewhere else. Have a look and let me know..
