I submitted an application through GovPlus last month for some official docs — everything looked smooth at first, filled out the forms, uploaded what they asked, and got the confirmation email right after. But since then, radio silence. No tracking number, no status change, nothing. Tried calling twice and sent a couple of emails, still waiting. It’s not urgent, but it’s weird how there’s no progress. Has anyone actually gotten things processed through them without having to constantly chase updates?

Saw a bunch of posts under govplus reviews before I sent anything in, just to get a feel for how it usually goes. A lot of folks mention similar things — long delays, tough time getting responses, and not much info unless you press for it. Doesn’t mean it’s always bad, but you’ve got to stay on top of it. Keep all your receipts, screenshots, and emails, just in case. Some said going through chat helped more than email, so maybe give that a shot if you haven’t already.
