I finally gave in and got a standing desk about two weeks ago after dealing with constant lower back stiffness. I’m still figuring out the best way to use it — like how long to stand vs. sit — but I already feel like I’m less zoned out by the end of the day. Curious how it’s gone for others long-term. Did it actually change your routine or productivity in a big way?

I’ve been tweaking my home setup for months now — lighting, chair, even monitor height. It’s wild how small adjustments can totally change how you feel by the end of a workday. Still working on getting the vibe right, but it’s been fun trying different setups.
For me, the change felt pretty gradual but really noticeable over time. I used to crash hard around 3 p.m., and now I barely feel that slump. I think just switching positions now and then keeps things flowing better. Took me a while to figure out where to buy standing desk https://www.progressivedesk.ca/collections/standing-desk options that were sturdy and had good height range, but once I did, I started using it daily without even thinking about it.
