I finally gave in and got a standing desk about two weeks ago after dealing with constant lower back stiffness. I’m still figuring out the best way to use it — like how long to stand vs. sit — but I already feel like I’m less zoned out by the end of the day. Curious how it’s gone for others long-term. Did it actually change your routine or productivity in a big way?
