Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator last month, and the delivery date has been pushed back twice already. First, they said there was a scheduling issue, then a "system error." Now, I'm told to wait another week. Tried calling customer service, but the hold times are ridiculous, and when I finally got through, they couldn't provide a clear answer. Starting to wonder if this is a common issue with Whirlpool deliveries. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Any tips on how to get a straight answer or expedite the process?

We ordered a whirlpool refrigerator on May 24 from Lowe's. It was supposed to be delivered June 11, no the 25th, wait July 2 oh sorry July 16. I'm betting it gets here in the end of Sept. Thing is - if you're having trouble getting parts because they are made in China - figure out how to make the parts yourself. Makes me wonder if this fridge is what I should be ordering. What if it breaks down and I can't get parts?
I had a comparable experience with Whirlpool's delivery service. After placing an order, the delivery was rescheduled multiple times without clear communication. I found some insights on whirlpool reviews, where several customers shared their frustrations with delayed deliveries and lack of support. Some users suggested reaching out directly to Whirlpool's customer service at 1-866-698-2538 or using their live chat feature on the official website. Documenting all communications and being persistent seemed to help some customers get their issues resolved more promptly.
