I ordered Raycon earbuds two months ago, now one bud won’t stay charged and the case LED is flickering. I emailed support weeks ago with order number, but I haven’t received any meaningful response back. The live‐chat line isn’t available in my region, and when I call the provided number I get endless automated menus but no “real person.” Has anyone managed to get a replacement or refund after being ignored for weeks? What’s the fastest way to force a resolution with Raycon?
